    Our Swimming Fish bobber fish aren't exactly spinners, nor windsocks, they are in a class by themselves, designed by Christophe Goy of Switzerland,and are sort of a cross between a weather vane, a windsock, and a pet.   They fill up with air, bob, weave and wag their tails, just like real fish.
