    Description

    We are selling four generations’ worth of antique original maps. Please check our numerous eBay listings for more one-of-a-kind historic maps. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
    This rare original military map was drawn on Mylar in 1864. The Title Block says,
    "Map of Battle Field of Opequon, VA. Fought Sept. 19, 1864. Enlarged from J. P. Genthom's map (stated to be drawn from official maps) by Fuller & Whitney, C.E., Sept. 1883, 39 Court St., Boston."
    It measures approximately 27" wide x 16" tall.
    The condition is extraordinary. There are no rips or tears, no stray marks, no serious folds. There is considerable evidence of foxing or other soiling due to age, but all information is clear and readable. Please consider the photos carefully as we cannot accept returns on this rare piece of history.
