Simmons CaptureView 8X 22mm Binoculars & Digital Camera

Description

Simmons "CaptureView" 8X 22mm binoculars with digital camera.  Includes instructions, CD-ROM, carrying straps, cleaning cloths, case, and original box. A USB cable is listed as part of the box contents but is missing.
Cosmetically, it is in good shape with the only problem being the sticky rubber coating on the camera (center section of the binoculars.)  From what I see on the internet I believe this can be fixed with alcohol.
I put two AAA batteries (not included) in the camera and it appears to work. Overall it doesn't appear that this has been used much if at all.
I'm not an expert on these things but feel free to ask questions.  I'll answer them to the best of my ability.
